Life at Hipster Hill is a limited of 5 panoramic (Cinemascope 100 x 235 cm) street composite of several frames merged in white randomness. Location is Hipsterhøjen (Hipster Hill) in Aarhus, Denmark. The prime gathering location for magnificent youngsters, cause on a sunny day, it’s a sunny spot.

Description

On this rainy day I knew, it would appear uncrowded, but who cares when patching is an option. This composite consists of around 10 frames and these heroes eventually came by for 15 mins of fame. Personally I miss the aha moment, and I could wish for more interesting composition as leading lines etc. However, I chose this location, cause the ugly building is to be developed into coolness within soon, hence, here is a time slot out of Aarhus 2023.

Life at Hipster Hill prints in a cinemascope wide angle format, known to some since the 1950’ies. For best B&W repreduktion chosen paper is Hahnemühle’s textured glossy FineArt Baryta with bright white balance, a leathery finish and slight gloss. That’s right, seeing is believing here. LaHH mounts in blackened oak frame of impressive 100 x 235 cm.
